Shipping costs for Germany (without islands): € 10.-     Please contact us for the shipping to the islands.

Free delivery, starting from € 75.-

Packstation / PO Box can not be delivered.

During the hot summer months, we strongly recommend shipping of chilled foods within Germany with “DPD Food Express 12:00” delivery option, to guarantee punctual and safe delivery. Additional shipping costs for DPD apply for this service.

The stated shipping costs may vary slightly depending on the VAT in your country.

Due to the short shelf life and the longer transport routes, we can ship the fresh Biokömmlich rollsonly to Germany and not to other EU countries.

In Italy and France we unfortunately cannot ship to the islands due to the long delivery times.

All orders are delivered directly and fresh from Switzerland. Therefore, for logistical reasons, we can deliver only once a week!

Orders in the Soyana webshop are cleared for customs purposes via our customs clearance agency and via Soyana in Germany, so you do not have to worry about any additional costs for import from Switzerland.

All orders we received by noon on Monday 12pm will be usually delivered on the following Thursday by DPD.

In the other EU countries, delivery takes usually one day longer.

Orders we received on Monday afternoon, after 12pm, will be shiped on Thursday the following week!

In the case of wrong address details, the receiver carries all accruing forwarding expenses for renewed delivery.
 We reserve the right to block customers in case of refusal of delivery.
