DHL Packstations / PO Boxes can not be delivered.

During the hot summer months, we strongly recommend the “DPD Food Express 12:00” option for shipping chilled foods within Germany, to guarantee punctual and safe delivery. Additional shipping costs for DPD apply for this service.

Due to the short shelf life and the longer transport routes, we can ship the fresh Biokömmlich rolls only to Germany.

All orders are delivered directly and fresh from Switzerland. Therefore, for logistical reasons, we can deliver only once a week!
Your orders are cleared via our customs clearance agency and via Soyana in Germany, so you do not have to worry about any additional costs for import from Switzerland.

All orders we receive by noon on Monday will usually be delivered by DPD on the following Thursday. In the other EU countries, delivery takes usually one day longer.

Orders we received on Monday afternoon, after 12pm, will be shipped the following week!

In the case of wrong address details, the receiver carries all accruing forwarding expenses for renewed delivery.
We reserve the right to block customers in case of refusal of delivery.
