Organic almond paste in raw food quality from Soyana in collaboration with Urs Hochstrasser
Organic almonds from southern Europe (mostly from Italy) are carefully and gently processed to a puree, which is ideal for a raw food diet. It has discreet noble taste of selected organic almonds.
The raw material-quality organic almond paste is made from 100% organic almonds. The peel is removed without heating the almonds, and the slow grinding process is designed according to the guidelines of Urs Hochstrasser. That way, all valuable nutrients are preserved and the organic almond paste is suitable for raw food.
The organic almond paste can be eaten "just like that". However, it is also suitable for making almond milk, sauces, desserts, to refine various dishes, or for muesli, almond mayonnaise, shakes or cold soups.
